Ciocca Automotive Group is actively seeking a Manager in Training to join our growing team. This full-time program offers an energetic, dynamic environment where you can impact customers and the community while pursuing financial and career goals.

Qualified candidates have automotive service management experience, sales exposure, and a high school diploma or higher. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive Family.

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
