Ciocca Automotive in the United States (Muncy, PA area) is seeking an energetic Manager in Training to join our growing team. You will join a structured program designed to develop leadership in automotive service management and sales, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes high energy, teamwork across Service and Sales, and advancement within the Ciocca Automotive family. The position is full-time with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
