Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking a Service Manager in Snellville, GA for a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of service and tire technicians. You will drive performance, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with the General Manager on hiring, and manage shop operations, workflow, and safety. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train shop employees, manage performance, and assist the General Manager with hiring.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the shop, including bay management and workflow.
• Serves as a liaison providing clear communication between shop, counter staff and customers.
• Ensure all inspection and diagnostic procedures are followed while providing professional, timely recommendations.
• Promote safety while delivering outstanding customer service and quality.
