Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group in Atlantic City is seeking an energetic service manager to lead a growing department and deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers a strong earning potential within a full-time schedule that includes some Saturdays, with a focus on CSI improvements.

You will oversee service operations, mentor staff, and align budgets with goals while ensuring top-quality repairs and transparent communication with customers. A GM background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a service manager.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• GM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed
• Understand customers - match requirements and concerns to various service options
• Explain service being performed and keep customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
• Hire and supervise all service department personnel, as well as monitor their performance in servicing customers
• Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget.
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately
