Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure clear communication with customers, and help the department run efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive service; management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Technical/trade school diploma or ASE certifications preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong math skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service department team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Greet and communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns, diagnoses, and repair recommendations
• Oversee diagnosis and repair processes to ensure accuracy and quality
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process, from drop-off to delivery
• Manage service department scheduling, workflow, and productivity
• Monitor department performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership service standards
• Coach and develop service advisors and technicians

Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day service operations, ensure customers receive clear communication and outstanding service, and help the department run efficiently and profitably.

Compensation

• $80,000–$100,000+ annually (Salary + Uncapped Commission)
