Automotive Service Manager: $21 - $28 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

• Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies
• Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Act as the liaison between guests and the service team
• Receive training to become product experts, selling tires, wheels, services, and repairs
• Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategies and core values to foster lifelong customer relationships
