As a Service Manager, you will oversee all business and administrative aspects of the service department. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for operating the department profitably by controlling costs, setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives and maintaining service records. The Service Manager is also responsible for building a loyal clientele and maintaining good employee relations. At Faulkner, we want every single one of our customers to leave satisfied. You must satisfy service concerns of all customers and ensure that service is performed at the highest level. Service Manager Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or Equivalent. College degree preferred
• 2+ years of automotive experience required; management experience preferred
• High-performing Service Advisor with strong leadership skills to step into a Service Manager role.
• Ability to identify problems/opportunities, and implement process improvement
• Work well in team environment and promote teamwork
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
