The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Manager I to lead the Service Department at a Napleton dealership. This role drives department performance by attracting, developing, and retaining talent and by delivering an exceptional service experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Management experience in a high-volume dealership.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age to comply with company driving policy.
• Valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance goals.
• Drive a highly efficient sales and production operation to quickly service customers while ensuring a fix it right the first time, experience.
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations following Napleton’s processes.
• Attract, develop, and retain the very best talent for the Service Department.
• Create an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
• Ensure the Service area is customer-ready with proper displays and information.
• Manage the business in accordance with Napleton and the manufacturer requirements and processes.
• Analyze the business to determine opportunities and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Drive the business through day to day involvement in the operations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive Service Management experience in a high-volume dealership

• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid Driver’s License and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
