Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team!

A Sales Manager takes on many roles, including managing daily operations such as generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, and managing the technical team.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales skills and the ability to close in one call)
• Engage and consult with incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales
• Greet customers and recommend services
• Manage technician workflow and vehicle repair statuses
• Order parts and manage inventory
• Ensure high levels of customer service and quality control across all aspects of the center's operations
