Big Brand Tire & Service in Oxnard, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service team, coach technicians and advisors, and ensure efficient, accurate, world-class service.

You will bridge mechanics and customers, drive sales and service targets, coordinate daily operations with the Store Manager, and uphold safety and company standards while growing with a proven career path into Store Manager or Multi-Unit leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume auto service team.
• Strong ability to sell tires, brakes, maintenance services.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team — train, coach, and motivate techs & advisors to perform at their best.
• Bridge between mechanics and customers: explain repairs, recommend services, and close sales with confidence.
• Drive store performance by hitting and exceeding sales & service targets.
• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and compliance.
• Keep the shop efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Ensure every customer gets world-class service that builds loyalty and trust.
