Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, experience, certifications, and workload.
• Monitor technician productivity and maintain a balanced workflow.
• Prioritize customer wait times, appointments, warranty repairs, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding repair status and estimated completion times.
• Monitor shop capacity and adjust work assignments as needed.
• Ensure repair orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
• Track technician hours, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain communication between technicians, advisors, and management.
• Review repair orders for completeness before dispatching.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
