Job summary

Acura of Avon, a reputable automotive dealership in Canton, CT, seeks an Acura Service Technician to diagnose and repair Acura vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 2–3 years of service technician experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Acura vehicles.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and manuals to accurately diagnose and repair issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide updates.
• Pursue ongoing training and knowledge updates provided by Acura.
