Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to technicians and assist in ensuring workflow of the service department.
• Identify and direct Service Advisor to their customer.
• Deliver keys and repair order copies to Service Advisor's workstation after parking a vehicle.
• Retrieve customer vehicle from parking lot when bill is paid or as directed by cashier.
• Run errands for the service department.
• Ensure service department operates under safe conditions per policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Director.
