The Autosaver Group is seeking an experienced Service Department Manager for Northpoint CDJR to lead daily service operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The candidate should have automotive service management or dealership service experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

The Autosaver Group is looking for an experienced Service Department Manager to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team at Northpoint CDJR.

The Service Department Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the service department, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team leadership, productivity, and profitability. This position oversees the day-to-day service operation, works closely with advisors and technicians, ensures customers receive clear and timely communication, and helps create a positive, efficient environment for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities include managing workflow and department performance, coaching and developing the service team, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, monitoring key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to grow service and parts business while maintaining a high level of integrity and customer care.

The ideal candidate has automotive service management or strong dealership service experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment. Previous Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who understands dealership fixed operations, can lead a team effectively, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
