Woodhouse Auto Family is hiring a friendly and organized Automotive Service Concierge in Omaha, NE. The role involves meeting and directing customers to the service Advisors, handling customer relations, and acting as the liaison between customers and advisors.

You will work with a team to deliver exceptional service on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and participate in Woodhouse’s comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers on the service drive and directs them to the appropriate personnel.
• Expedites service initiation by researching customer needs and directing to advisors.
• Answers multi-line phones and routes calls to staff, taking messages as needed.
• Maintains professional, courteous communication to minimize wait times and improve experience.
• Ensures coordination with the service team for a smooth customer journey and follow-up on repairs.

Essential Duties

• Assists the Service Advisors on the service drive by meeting and greeting customers
• Expedites service initiation by researching the customer needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel to assist
• Answers multi-line phones, directing calls to appropriate staff, answering questions, and taking messages as needed
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
• Effectively handles multiple priorities, organizes workload, and meets deadlines
• Works closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for employees and customers
• Assists in follow-up with repair orders that have been completed and closed out
• Follows established organizational procedures and health and safety policies
• Regular and reliable attendance is required

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Must have excellent driving and parking skills
• Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
