Job summary

The Lia Honda Albany is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Albany, NY. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $100,000 annually based on production and knowledge, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 depending on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities include managing the drive lane flow, relaying repair information to customers, and providing concierge support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills required for daily work.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Communicate repair information and recommendations to customers.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize productivity.
