Job summary

Land Rover Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking two full-time Valet/Porters for our Service Department. You will greet customers, transport them to service bays, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a clean, professional environment.

In this role you will log deliveries, obtain signatures, keep courtesy cars neat, and assist Service Advisors as needed. A strong customer service approach and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Present a professional image and communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and notify the service advisor of their arrival.
• Maintain a clean and orderly service drive area for customers.
• Transport clients to and from requested destinations promptly and politely.
• Complete delivery logs and obtain customer signatures.
• Keep courtesy vehicles neat and report any issues to dispatch.
• Inform the Scheduling Coordinator of location changes and keep records current.
• Turn in all paperwork and keys to the Scheduling Coordinator at day’s end.
• Support Service Advisors in the Drive by tagging/moving vehicles and greeting customers.
• Follow safety policies and report any accidents immediately.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and the service area guidelines.
