Job summary

H+H Jeep Dodge RAM in Papillion, NE, is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join the service team. This full-time role supports the Service Advisor with administrative tasks, warranty claims, and customer communications to ensure a Best-In-Class experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with some Saturdays, and compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience. Join a team that actively listens to customer concerns, documents service needs, and helps coordinate vehicle

Qualifications

• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Ability to operate automatic, manual and electric vehicles.
• Ability to read, comprehend information, and perform calculations.
• Ability to perform physical maneuvers and lift 50–100 lbs.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with Service Advisors to deliver a Best-In-Class Customer Experience.
• Assist with customer check-out and other department needs.
• Build relationships with customers by listening to vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds for clear communication and documentation.
• Coordinate the flow of vehicles on the Service Drive and in the shop.
• Process Repair Order submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle status updates and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Use dealership systems to maintain customer and vehicle information.
• Complete Service Contract and Warranty claim submissions.
• Gain exposure to dealership operations and learn from experienced service professionals.
