Precision Honda in Downey, CA is seeking a Service Department Cashier to handle customer payments for service and parts invoices and to support daily clerical tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role includes posting payments, reconciling cash, and maintaining secure, accurate records. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Tekion experience is a plus. Training and benefits are offered as part of a professional team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payments (cash, credit, checks) and POS systems.
• Proficient with basic computer programs (MS Word/Excel).
• Able to read and follow instructions accurately and quickly.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Receive and process payments for service and parts invoices.
• Coordinate with advisors to ensure proper payments.
• Post payments and close repair orders in dealership software.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Handle cash, card, checks, and electronic payments securely.
• Report issues encountered during duties.
• Maintain proper document storage in compliance with policy.
• Assist with filing, admin tasks, and customer communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
