Job summary

Auburn Toyota is seeking a friendly Automotive Service BDC Consultant to join our team. You will be the bridge between customers and our Service Department, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and follow up on inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle calls, confirm bookings, and communicate maintenance recommendations professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer service inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and appointment requests.
• Contact customers regarding recommended maintenance and service needs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and Service Department team members.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details in dealership systems.
• Help improve customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and excellent communication.
• Support the Service Department with daily business development activities.
