Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficient with phone systems and computers.
• Ability to work at a desk for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing and billing out repair orders and answer phones to schedule service appointments.
• Support busy Service department and back up teammates as needed.
• Opportunities to grow into a Service Advisor role.
