Job Description

Position: Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

Location: 130 N Hwy 67, Cedar Hill, TX 75104, USA

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Explain repair options clearly and honestly.
• Manage workflow efficiently.
• Sell services ethically without compromising integrity.
• Maintain a positive team environment.
• Communicate effectively over the phone.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist with customer service activities and shuttle service as needed.
• Support team members as required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Windows and automotive software.
• Experience in automotive customer service and sales.
• ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift over 50 lbs., and operate vehicles.
