Job Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the primary point of contact for customers needing assistance with their vehicles. You play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers by guiding them through the repair process, keeping them informed of their vehicle's status, and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Greet every customer entering our facility with hospitality and respect.
2. Present the best repair solutions in an understandable manner.
3. Manage the workflow of the store effectively and efficiently.
4. Promote our services honestly and with integrity.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team atmosphere.
6. Communicate professionally on the phone.
7. Build long-term relationships with customers and the store.
8. Coordinate and participate in customer service activities.
9. Shuttle customers in CBA branded vehicles as needed.
10. Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications.
11. Collaborate with team members and assist others as needed.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
