Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
• Present the best solution to properly repair our guest's vehicle in an understandable manner
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently
• Consistently and ethically sell our services without compromising honesty
• Maintain a positive attitude and team environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally on the phone
• Build long-term relationships with guests and team members
• Coordinate customer service activities
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA branded vehicle
• Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications
• Collaborate with team members and assist as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Acceptable driving record according to our insurance
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
• Experience in Automotive Customer Service or Service Advisor roles
• Proven experience in Automotive Repair Sales
• Customer-focused and a team player
• Experience sourcing aftermarket parts
• Ability to write Repair Orders and communicate effectively with guests and technicians
• Minimum of 2 years of Service Advisor experience

Physical Requirements

• Dependability for scheduled hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm)
• Stand, walk, and coordinate parts during work hours
• Occasional lifting over 50 lbs.
• Work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
