Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer in Apollo Beach, FL. You will guide guests through the repair process, explain options, and keep customers informed from intake to completion.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, delivering excellent service, and working with a team in a high-volume shop. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license required.
• Driving record acceptable to insurer.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an automotive customer service, advisor, or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Present repair options clearly and simply.
• Manage store workflow efficiently.
• Sell services with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain positive team atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally by phone.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate and perform customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests in CBA branded vehicles.
• Ensure repairs meet specifications.
• Support teammates as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
