Job summary

BIG O TIRES is seeking experienced service advisors and customer service professionals for our Service Centers in California. The right candidate has proven tire and service sales experience and a drive to meet our customers' automotive needs.

The role emphasizes sales to meet budgets, strong customer service, and knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune ups, alignments, tires and more. Commission-based pay, great benefits, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Tire / Service sales experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and written skills.
• Customer oriented and able for responding to customer concerns and repair concerns.
• Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune ups, alignments, tires and more.
