BIG O TIRES is actively interviewing experienced service advisors and customer service professionals for our Service Centers in the United States. The right candidate has proven tire and service sales experience and a drive to meet customers’ automotive needs.

We value excellent communication and a customer-oriented approach, with the ability to respond promptly to concerns and repair questions. The role involves achieving sales goals while maximizing profitability, with knowledge of brakes,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Tire / Service sales experience.
• Customer oriented and able to respond to customer concerns and repair needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and written skills.
• Able to meet sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune ups, alignments, tires and more.

Responsibilities

• Sell tires and service, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Address customer questions and concerns with clear guidance.
• Explain repair options and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
