Group 1 Honda of Saco, part of Group 1 Automotive, is growing and seeking Automotive Service Advisors to join a quality dealership representing a top product. You will be passionate about customer service and enjoy interactions with people from check‑in to delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer-Facing Sales Experience is required.
• Automotive Service Advisor Experience is a plus.
• Xtime & CDK Experience is a plus.
• Positive & Friendly Attitude.
• Interpersonal Communication Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience.
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and delivering a high-quality service experience from check-in through delivery
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services to drive revenue and ensure vehicle safety
• Manage repair orders end-to-end, collaborating with technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and billed hours
• Proactively communicate updates, educate customers on services, and close additional work through effective upselling
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a seamless, professional, and results-focused experience
