Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. The role involves recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a well-maintained fleet with minimal vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position based in Nashville, TN, or surrounding counties. The department operates Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. CST, and Saturday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST. Schedules depend on current business needs.

The pay range is $24.07 to $26.07 per hour, determined by factors like education, experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Additional compensation includes weekend/evening shift differentials (up to $2.00/hour) and an extra $0.25/hr per current ASE certification from a specified list. Applicants need a minimum of four current ASE certifications to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on automotive maintenance and repairs, providing timely, friendly support via phone and email.
• Ensure repair proposals align with manufacturer recommendations, proper timing, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing adjustments, assess warranty applications, and manage purchase orders.
• Analyze client needs and repair orders, offering recommendations and obtaining approvals.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance proposals and vehicle cycling strategies.
• Handle calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest cost-effective service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding counties, and in Tennessee.
• Must have at least 4 current, approved ASE certifications.
• Six months customer service experience and two years automotive maintenance or dealership experience required.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet technical work-from-home requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
