Job summary

Auto House of Luxury in Plantsville, CT is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. The role offers Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM hours with hourly pay plus commission and a stated earning potential of $75,000–$100,000 per year.

The shop handles 12–15 vehicles daily across all makes and models and provides medical benefits, uniforms, PTO, sick time, and paid holidays. Prior experience and automotive background are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive industry background required.
• Strong customer communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Ability to identify and present service opportunities and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, text, and email.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the service process.
• Present service opportunities and upsell appropriate automotive services.
• Order parts as needed to support shop workflow.
• Support customer communication using Autofunds.
• Work within the shop's Mitchell 1 Manager SE workflow.
• Support a shop servicing approximately 12-15 vehicles per day across all makes and models.
