Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Determine nature of service or complaint and promote labor, parts, and accessories.
• Write clear repair instructions on the repair order for the technician.
• Provide labor and parts estimates and communicate status with dispatch.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies for approvals.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed and strive for first-time quality service.
