Qualifications
- Proven experience as an automotive service advisor.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and 18+ years old.
Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and workflow to ensure prompt service.
- Provide concierge support for in-person and phone inquiries.
- Distribute work among technicians to maximize productivity.
- Explain diagnoses, warranties, services, and repairs clearly to customers.
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at company standards.
- Assist with diagnostics, parts ordering, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with upper management on team development.
