American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will act as the liaison between customer and technician, translating mechanical needs into clear recommendations and selling tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service and transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs; comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
