You will work with technicians to understand vehicle issues, provide accurate information, and facilitate timely repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assessing needs, preparing estimates, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining detailed service records.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computer systems and software for managing service orders.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and clean driving record.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
• Proficient with computer systems and software for managing service orders.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and clean driving abstract.

Expected yearly compensation of $75,000 to $110,000
