Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is seeking a mobile service technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles at client sites. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and career-focused, with a proven track record in mobile service roles.

You will work with diagnostic equipment, perform recalls and minor services at customer locations, and travel to sites as needed. A valid license and clean driving record are required, with ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, maintain and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Perform mobile service repairs including filter replacement, engine diagnostics, recalls, minor services at the customer's location.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
