Job summary

Ciocca Ford in Souderton is hiring auto technicians who are energetic, enthusiastic and motivated to join a growing team. You’ll have a chance to impact customers and the community while advancing your financial and career goals in a collaborative environment.

We offer commission-based pay ($60,000–$85,000 potential annually), full-time with some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, air-conditioned shops, 401(k) with company match, excellent health insurance, advancement within the Ciocca Automotive

Qualifications

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
