Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

We are seeking Service Advisors to join our team. Use your natural ability to please people! Make customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are met. Your role involves greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and service techs.

  • Salary range: $50K up to $200K, based on experience and performance
Responsibilities
  • Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
  • Listen to customers and communicate repair needs to techs
  • Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods
  • Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
  • Follow dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on repairs and keep customers informed
  • Manage extended warranties sales
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure completion
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready
  • Explain repairs and costs to customers
  • Address minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of issues
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Requirements
  • Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS preferred
  • Strong customer communication skills in person and on the phone
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Compliance with all laws and policies regarding customer and company information and property
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass background checks, MVR check, and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license
