Central Arizona Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor with experience to join our busy Maricopa shop. The role offers a strong base with uncapped incentives and a realistic earning potential of $60,000–$85,000+ per year, with an hourly base of $23–$28 and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year of professional service-advisor, automotive-sales, or high-volume tire retail experience preferred.
• Strong sales mentality and excellent closing skills.
• Solid working knowledge of general automotive maintenance and mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document service concerns accurately.
• Educate customers using DVIs to explain repair recommendations and close high-dollar repairs.
• Prepare estimates, source aftermarket/OEM parts, and obtain proper authorizations.
• Coordinate work orders with technicians to keep the workflow moving smoothly.
• Close repair orders, process payments, and address customer concerns to protect the shop's reputation.

Salary: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour + competitive spiffs & performance bonuses ($60,000 – $85,000+ realistic annual earning potential)

Schedule: 7-Day Shop Operation. Must be available to work Saturdays, with rotating Sundays.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Utilize Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) to educate customers, building value over the phone or in person to close high-dollar repair recommendations.
• Multi-task efficiently: prepare estimates, source aftermarket/OEM parts from multiple local vendors, and obtain proper authorizations.
• Coordinate work orders seamlessly with technicians to keep the 10-hour shift flowing productively.
• Close repair orders, process payments, and proactively resolve any customer concerns to protect the shop's reputation.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: At least one year of professional service-advisor, automotive-sales, or high-volume tire retail experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong sales mentality, excellent closing skills, and a solid working knowledge of general automotive maintenance and mechanical repair.
• Schedule Flexibility: Mandatory availability across a 7-day schedule (working five 10-hour days), including Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
• Mindset: Confidence handling multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining an organized, professional front counter.
