Greulich’s, part of the Sun Auto Network, is hiring a Sales & Service Advisor in Mesa, AZ. You will greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and promote services with clear communication of quotes and timelines.

The role requires a license, 18+ years, and a high school diploma, with advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits. This position is full-time and on-site in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Possess current, valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Ability to work Monday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional manner in person and on the phone.
• Document customer concerns and inspect vehicles against service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations clearly.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time.
• Update customers on service status throughout the day.
• Process cashouts with warranty review and explanations.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts for each customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
