Gilder Search Group is recruiting an Automotive Service Advisor in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing workflows in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in the role, strong communication, and a proven ability to sell and build trust with customers. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, 1pm–9pm, with PTO and holidays offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to sell and build trust with customers
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• DVIs experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Accurately write repair orders and communicate recommended services
• Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present findings
• Manage estimates, approvals, and follow-ups
• Maintain clear, organized documentation
