Job summary

Allen Turner Chevrolet in Crestview, FL, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the service department. You’ll assess vehicle needs, recommend maintenance, and ensure a seamless service experience from check-in to delivery.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and building relationships with clients, with training provided and opportunities for advancement in a growing automotive group.

Qualifications

You'll provide exceptional customer service by understanding each customer's vehicle needs, recommending appropriate maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.Responsibilities include:Greeting customers promptly and professionally while building lasting relationshipsListening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issuesRecommending maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle conditionPreparing accurate repair orders and providing clear estimates for servicesCommunicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customersCoordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accuratelyFollowing up with customers throughout the repair process and after service to ensure satisfactionMaintaining accurate customer and vehicle recordsWorking closely with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goalsMaintaining a professional appearance and positive attitudePerforming other duties as assignedWhat Helps You SucceedWe are looking for customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service.
