BIG O TIRES - Monteverde Group is seeking experienced service advisors and customer service professionals for our service centers in California. If you have proven auto repair advisor / tire sales experience and a drive to meet customer needs, we want to talk with you.

The right candidate will help customers choose tires and services, respond to concerns, and strive to hit sales goals while ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Tire / Service sales experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational and written skills.
• Customer oriented and able to respond to customer concerns and repair concerns.
• Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
• Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune ups, alignments, tires and more.

Responsibilities

• Sell tires and service packages to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability.
