A-1 BRIGHTSIDE AUTO LLC in Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a motivated Service Advisor. You will greet customers, explain repairs, present maintenance options, and drive service sales with integrity.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the shop, managing repair orders, cashiering, arranging pickup/delivery, loaner car coordination, scheduling appointments, and using the POS system. This is a full-time role with benefits and performance-based bonuses.

• Reliable, punctual, organized and honest with customers.
• Ability to explain repairs and maintenance clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present repairs and maintenance options.
• Open and close the store and manage waiting repair orders.
• Cashier customers and explain warranties; arrange pickup/delivery.
• Coordinate loaner/rental cars and schedule appointments.
• Use point of sale system and maintain basic computer records.
