Qualifications

• Automotive Dealership Service Advisor experience and high CSI required.
• Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process and advise on service options and costs.
• Greet customers on arrival, offer additional services and specials, and track service status through completion.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth in the service department.
• Maintain high CSI scores.
