Bob Tyler Toyota in Pensacola Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll assess vehicle needs, explain service options, and help customers select the best solutions while maintaining high CSI through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
