Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience in an independent repair shop.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with technicians and other team members.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 base salary.
• 1% gross profit commission.
• Earning potential up to $90,000.
• Employee health, dental, and vision insurance premiums covered by the employer; employees may pay out of pocket to add eligible family members.
• 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution; employee contribution is not required to receive the 3% employer contribution.
