We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team!

Job Description:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the service process. You will ensure a smooth and transparent experience by accurately diagnosing vehicle issues, recommending services, and maintaining clear communication. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for service.
  • Listen carefully to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Provide accurate service recommendations based on vehicle diagnostics.
  • Prepare and present detailed service estimates and explain repair needs in clear, non-technical language.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding their vehicle’s status and any changes to the initial service plan.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure services are performed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer service issues promptly.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate service records and billing information.
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate and within the customer’s best interest.
  • Follow up with customers to remind them of future maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related role is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with automotive service management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
