Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Salisbury, NC is seeking an outgoing Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule repairs and act as liaison between customers and service techs.

You don't need prior automotive service experience; experience is preferred but not required. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, accurate repair estimates, and keeping CSI scores high. Compensation is based on experience with strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously.
• Listen to each customer and clearly articulate repair needs to techs.

• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.

JobResponsibilities

• Provideaccurate estimates of repair/maintenancecosts
• Adherence todealership policy on customer vehicle care andoperation

• Sell andmanage extended warranties
• Inspect repairquality and ensure that all work is complete
• Notifycustomers when vehicles are ready for pickup
• Review andexplain repairs and associated costs withcustomers
• Handle minorcustomer concerns and complaints
• Keep ServiceManager informed of all problems and potentialproblems
• MaintainCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordancewith dealership standards
