Compensation

• Weekend premium pay: $2.50 per hour for Saturday & Sunday
• Base pay up to $17.75/hr with annual merit raises

Job Duties

• Assist customers with purchases, providing excellent customer service and sales support.
• Use computers and VAST system to manage work orders, schedule services, and communicate with the service department.
• Explain work orders and invoices to customers.
• Perform retail cashier duties, including processing payments.
• Install batteries, balance wheels, and perform tire repairs and installations.
• Conduct oil changes following LOF procedures.
• Follow loss prevention and safety policies.
• Interpret vehicle inspection results and recommend services to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Fluent in English (reading and speaking)
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers
• Minimum age of 18
• Prior auto repair experience preferred
• Retail experience preferred
