Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to support Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors by reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. The Service Advisor recommends proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a properly maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position that allows you to work 100% from your residence in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties. Our department operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range for this position is $25.34 to $27.34 per hour, with pay determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, and organizational needs.

• Additional compensation for weekend and evening shifts (up to $2.00/hour)
• Opportunity to earn an extra $0.25/hr per current ASE certification from the list: A1-A9, T1-T8, E1-E3, L1-L3, F1, G1, C1, & X1.
• Applicants must have at least four (4) current approved ASE certifications; expired certifications are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on automotive maintenance and repairs submitted by external partners via phone and email.
• Ensure repairs adhere to manufacturer recommendations, proper intervals, vehicle history, and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing adjustments, assess warranties, and create purchase orders, explaining procedures to clients, groups, and vendors.
• Analyze client needs and repair orders to provide recommendations, explain procedures, and obtain approvals.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance proposals, repairs, and vehicle cycling strategies.
• Field calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest cost-effective service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Reside in the Metropolitan St. Louis area or surrounding MO/IL counties
• Live in Missouri or Illinois
• Must have 4 current approved ASE certifications
• Six months of customer service experience
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership experience
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willing to accept pay range of $25.34-$27.34/hr
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
